Refund & Returns Policy

Live Classes

The Fees are non-refundable, except as follows: You may request (“Refund Request”) a refund of the Fees for live class 72 hours prior the live class event (“Refund Period”) for any reason whatsoever. Your request must be in writing and delivered to Owner at hello@chicbusinessboutique.com. Failure to deliver the Refund Request during the Refund Period will result in Your waiver of rights to a refund of Your Fees.

Other Digital Products and Self-Paced Courses

Due to the immediate, direct access to the digital products and self-paced courses, we do not offer a refund of any kind. Additionally, if you sign up for a payment plan, we do not allow you to cancel the remaining payments for any reason.
